Allow squirrels from this mod to pick up acorns and pinecones from Dynamic Trees

Dynamic trees adds their own, as part of their revamped tree system.
If the addons add their seeds to the ore dictionary, then it'll already be golden. Otherwise, I'll just do a check for each mod and add them the same way I did for Dynamic Trees itself! 😁 Checking them out now!
