Operation isnt being executed

When i load a schematic and hold my tool item and press the execute operation keybind nothing happens regardless of what mode im in ive double checked that my execute operation key and tool item are correct and i couldnt find anything wrong ive tried doing it with all modes too and regardless of what i do nothing happens when i try to execute it
