All tutorials seem to show 1.13 that do not work for 1.14

If this isnt how do you load in schematics with litmatica

If you are on MC 1.14.4, then the latest build from here: https://pena2.dy.fi/tmp/minecraft/mods/client_mods/ can load old schematics pretty well. There are still some small things to fix before that support is totally finished and I'll upload that version to CurseForge.
