I had this room with double chests on both sides. I built the left side, copied it with litematica, created a new placement and mirrored it "left to right". This is the result. Seems like a simple issue to fix, it's just the id's of the double chest blocks that got messed up. Trying to reload chunks or send a block update does not fix it.

This is a vanilla bug, some blocks have missing or broken rotation or mirror code. I'll add a fix for it during the mod rewrites.
