I used version 1.19.4 and I am experiencing an error that half blocks do not connect while constructing a note block building.
This problem is solved when using version 2.5, but there is a problem that construction is very slow, so I hope it will be resolved soon.

I can confirm same issue with me, all versions newer than 2.5
