im not sure if this is a feature but whenever i enable the printer the player starts moving semi-automatically, just floating forwards. this is a problem especially on servers where youll get stuck in the air, unable to move or directly kicked for flying. idk if this is a feature or not but id like to have the option to have it disabled, so the printer just places blocks and nothing else.

I have had this happen when you set printer delay to 0.0 on a server. It will auto move you. Just set it to 0.1 and it won't happen. On servers you won't notice much difference in block placing speed

Assuming this is fixed in the latest version, if not then reopen.

so what i learned is when the mod is placing the block it somehow keeps the directional button pressed until it finishes placing the blocks around the area you are in

I'm not aware of this and it shouldn't be happening. What version are you running on / any specific instructions to reproduce?
