Why does the server, creative world kick me for spamming, when I paste a Litematic, the server is on paper

the server is paper, and im not the only one with the problem

You probably need to decrease the number of commands sent per tick, and possibly also increase the interval in the Generic configs (pasteCommandLimit and pasteCommandInterval).
