This feature would tell you the amout of ressources you need from the material list, like for exemple you need 221 oak planks, it would say that you need 3 stacks and 29 oak planks.

You mean like in the hover tooltip?

I meant directly in the menu, without having to hover with your mouse.

That may become possible via some new options in the Material List menu in upcoming versions.
