Whenever i put schemetics in the schematics folder and open litematica in mc the schematics dont show up, can you explain what the problem could be?

If the schematic files end with the *.schem file name extension, then they are in the Sponge schematic format, which is not yet supported in the 1.13+ versions of Litematica. See #327.

This is now fixed/implemented in the 2021-09-06 build for 1.17.1.
