Didn't find the issue, but... Here we go:
When saving an area with same name, you've got an error that you cant save it with the same name

Isn't it would be easier when you saving schematic with same name to have a message like on deletion? "Are you sure you want to overwrite the existing one?"

Another way can be to add a checkbox on top of the list with something like "Force overwrite"

A confirmation popup is definitely one enhancement that can and probably will be added. But you can already overwrite existing files. I'm not sure how so many people miss this hover tooltip:

Mostly, just like me, people blindly just pressing "Save Schematic" button without even without looking on tooltips... Because if you in a hurry you can just miss that one, and this can (not always, but) cause a rage from some players because of this....

I missed it, because i wasn't looking at it. Just blindly pressing a button...

Maybe this is a problem...
