Had a schematic of a build using a bell, when the placement is rotated the bell does not change where its facing accordingly.
the expected behaviour would be for it to change where its facing to always connect to the same block.

(found issue in first versions and also checked the newer versions, still an issue there)

This is a vanilla bug, looks like the bell block does not override/implement the rotate method at all. So the structure block also does not rotate the bells at all for example.

I'll add a fix for this at some point. I also still need to fix double chest mirroring, which is also broken in vanilla. Rail rotation already has a fix in Litematica.
