I want to use Litematica on my friend's server to help me build buildings, is it possible to update to 1.18Forge?

Of course it would be possible to port it, but I'm not going to waste my (more limited as of recently) modding time porting the old code base to Forge or anything else anymore. The new rewritten code base that is under work will replace all of the old junk for all MC versions and mod loaders once it's "ready enough" to get ported, so I'd rather spend whatever time I have to work on the mods to work on that new code. Otherwise it will literally never be ready and released for anything other than 1.12.2.

is the code for the rewritten code also on github or is that only local for you right now (if its on github what branch is it)

@Goten87 It's the liteloader_1.12.2 branch of each mod.

there is a way now i think to code for forge and fabric at the same time i see a lot of modders use that now can you not do that

It would be great if it could be ported to forge 1.18. There are more players using forge, and the publicity effect is better.

I can also understand the author's time, so I'm not in a hurry.
