Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I try to look at the material list when chunks with schematic are not loaded, it doesn't show anything - it's a bit annoying to have to go to schematic file material list instead when I'm out of range (i.e. going back to base for more materials), but that's fair.
Issue is, after I try to view material list when outside of loaded chunks range, "Material list, remaining chunks" hud shows up and never goes away (even after returning to build site), so I have to disconnect and reconnect to the server for it to go away...

Describe the solution you'd like
At least one of following:

  • Button to turn off InfoHud in configuration
  • Possibility for InfoHud to turn off after some period of time, or after chunks got loaded, or best - both.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now the only alternative we have is to set number of InfoHud lines to 1, scale to 0.1 and OffsetY to 0, so it just renders offscreen

Additional context
Screenshot of "Material chunk list" showing up still, even after reloading material list at the build site:

The material list in general is still pretty janky in many ways, and it will get tons of changes and improvements.

So currently I think the block counting task gets created if you open the material list using the button in the placement configuration menu. If you use the hotkey to open it instead, then it shouldn't create that task after the first time (unless you change the mode between All vs. Render Layers).

If you change dimensions (use a portal), then I think it forgets/clears the last used material list reference, and you might get some "left-overs" on the info hud(?) and a new task the next time you open it(?). The missing chunks list definitely should go away normally after you load the chunks. If it doesn't then I think it's related to that clearing of the material list reference and the old material list kinda going "stale". You can remove any of those pending tasks via the Task Manager menu in Litematica.
