pickBlockableSlots does not work with 9

Setting pickBlockableSlots to 9 still uses slot 8 for items

Version 0.12.4 for MC 1.19.2 fixes this. And it also doesn't replace any damageable items in your hotbar anymore.

(And I'm not releasing the fix or anything else for 1.19.0 anymore.)
