Litematica does not have a forge version for 1.19.2, it is a Fabric mod, this is said in multiple places on the curseforge page, please read

By uninstalling Forge and installing Fabric instead.

Whether or not you consider this a joke on the "mod loader wars" front, the fact remains that there is currently no Litematica version for Forge yet other than on 1.12.2 and 1.16.5.
