It seems that the replace blocks isnt working.

When scrolling to item 4/9 Replace blocks the placement isnt showing and nothing happens with the replace blocks hotkey

Solved.
For other.... Replace block isnt for replacing a block.
Use edit schematic, hold down hotkey. Scroll to new block and right click
