This is impossible to read and make use of. The default bug report is so bad that I'm just deleting it.

My bug that I wanted to report:

when holding down right click with easyPlaceMode on it fills my screen and holding it down longer moves the text up in a weird way.

Have you checked what slots are listed in the pickBlockableSlots like the warning on your screen says? The default is 1,2,3,4 which means because you have tools in the those slots, easy place wont be able to swap the blocks for the schematic onto your hotbar.

Also the bug template prefilled text exists for users to try to figure out if they should actually submit a bug report and if they do need to, how to provide the necessary information so it can be answered properly. You aren't supposed to leave the text in when creating an issue, it's there for informational purposes.
