Black text when using with Iris and Sodium.

When using litematica with other mods, specifically Iris and Sodium when enabling shaders, e.g. BSL Shader and Complementary Reimagined, all text in game and menus will turn black. Save and exiting from the world won't fix it too, requires full restart of Minecraft to resolve this issue.

Disabling the shaders in-game is not ideal, as all textures turn black. Restarting the game and disabling shaders before entering a world or server is the only way to resolve this issue.
This is a bug with Iris itself. You don't need Litematica to reproduce this.
Yes, you can minimize this issue by disabling or removing Litematica. I am also experiencing this and trying to figure out how to fix it, but I haven't found anything yet.
Ive seen other people who aren't using Litematica report the black textures issue. Make sure you are using the up to date Sodium / Iris combinations first.
