Expected behavior

Working portals mechanics

Actual behavior

• After stabilizing the portal and adding a new location to the target cell from the target def. device, it cannot be moved, deleted or change color
• When the location is selected, then when you click the "activate" button, nothing happens. Multiple targets causes spaghetti-like behaviour, everything is entangled in some unpredicted way.
• Minor UI bugs present

Removing it alone from the entire modpack completely removed the problem behavior. I think it would be good to indicate in the relations that they are incompatible with each other (at least for now).

The issue was caused by the peculiarities of the internal structure of the Wormhole mod. In the new version its author made some changes and thus the mods are no longer incompatible, at least in my modpack.
