Reproduction Steps

Cant 100% reproduce but in sometimes game crashes with this error. Im not sure its lithium error or not, but before lithium was added was 0 crashes with this error.

Unknown reason, but if lithium causes it, here is a workaround:
Add the line mixin.util.chunk_status_tracking=false to the lithium.properties file in the config folder
