[Feature Request] Add projected location match type for custom processor types

When using a processor list that checks blocks at location for a structure piece that uses the terrain_matching projection it doesn't get the block at the projected position, rather it gets the block as if it were set to be the rigid projection type. The solution for this problem would be a match type that checked the projected location of where the block ends up getting placed, depending on the projection of the structure piece.
