So im new with dowloading this mod, and I want to use it with my friends but I want to play a video which is a random shitpost I found on youtube but I don't know how to dowload the "vlcj" wich is required to play the videos, Can someone help me?

You need to install VLC ... and you can find that here: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/ also make sure to install 64bit version if you have a 64 bit system.
