[1.13.2] Porting

1.13.2 is not anything near to be ready for mods like LT. Furthermore I will release 1.5.0 for 1.12.2 first before I will think about porting it.
In the meantime I will start to port my other mods to 1.13.2, so I can gain some experience. But for real ... the port for LT might not happen in 2019 (to give you some kind of perspective).
