Transparency (Alpha) issue with shaders after a recent update

LittleTiles version: LittleTiles_v1.5.0-pre314_mc1.12.2.jar
CreativeCore version: CreativeCore_v1.10.44_mc1.12.2.jar
I noticed that recently something changed about the alpha slider where alpha tiles no longer behave like glass to shaders. Two issues occurr:
1 - All tiles with an alpha lower than 255 are immediatly opaque. Here's an example:
How it looks with shaders:

And I know for a fact it used to work before:
Tried it with the following shaders:
BSL_v7.1.04.1
Chocapic13_V8_Ultra
Chocapic13_V9
SEUS-Renewed-v1.0.1
Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v.1281 Medium
The only different result was with SEUS, where everything was behind the glass appears white:
2 - Alpha tiles cast shadow, which didn't occurr before.
