I am currectnly using "LittleTiles_v1.5.20" on Forge 1.12.2 to build some little tiles.

However when i shift right clicked a block using a glowstone dust, that LT structuer didn't emit light expected.
Was this feature removed or it is a bug?

That feature has been removed. There is a light structure now.
