LLibrary for Minecraft 1.11 does not work in 1.11.2 because LLibrary's core mod will not load due to the version mismatch.

I initially decided to make a PR to fix this, but I cannot decide where to branch off since there seems to be a 1.7.4 release on the way. Maybe release a 1.11.2 version with 1.7.4?
