[Crash] 1.21.1-1.21.3 Missing Mixin refmap in Neoforge.

All versions past MC 1.21.1 on NeoForge are missing the mixin refmap, will definitely cause stuff not to work.

This has impacted other mods of mine as well. Likely a problem with Architectury configuration

Actually I'm an idiot, refmaps were eliminated in NeoForge
