When I start with new loadingtips config from my idears the game is black and I can not load the game. Please fix this.

Hi,
I have testing the config and have a fix find from my side. Then I write in English the modconfig then work minecraft normal but then I will the configtips write in German the game is only black and work not.

This is then I write in English all the tips. The game with this tipps in English work, but not in germany.
But I have 2 idears for the next update.

1. Make the start of the tips random. By me start the game every time with Tipp 2 but with Random tipp
   start, will the game random show the tipps (Minecraft Start1: Tipp 4,1,3,2)
   (Minecraft Start2: Tipp 1,3,4,2)
   With Random start tipp can your mod better make.
2. Please make it we can the Config write in English and German
