If I load a new world from a template, the game will not allow the player to place blocks. This is in a modpack so there may be other issues in play, but every single time i create a new world from a template, and then load into the world, change to creative, and try to place blocks. the block places but immediately gets removed.

If i obtain a block from creative mode, then go back to survival the block plays the placing sound, removes the item from the hot bar, but doesn't place a block into the world. Once the player opens their inventory the issue goes away and they are allowed to place blocks normally. It only seems to happen to worlds that are created after a new launch of the pack, if the player creates another world after opening the inventory in the first world, placing blocks seems to function normally
