Locks not generating on some chests

i have the lock generation chance at 100% but alot of chests are still missing locks
dungeon crawl dungeons have no locks on any chests
It seems like dungeon crawl use code to generate dungeons instead of using structures.
I will try to fix it but I cant promise.
