Cannot enchant a lock

Version mod 1.1.4
I can't enchant a lock in an anvil. I put a lock and one enchantment book from this mod, and nothing happens. The lock simply doesn't want to receive enchantments through an anvil, although everything works fine in a enchanting table
Use the enchantment under the vanilla ingredients tab, I will delete what on the locks tag
