Server AND Client crash when breaking something

It's 100% this mod, i tested it 3 times with this mod and when i disabled it and restarted everything worked perfectly.

Which version of the mod are you using? 1.16.2?

well quite the time has passed so i don't really remember but at that time it was the last version, it was probably 1.16.2 yes
