Crash on startup due to AE CraftingCPUCluster (1.3.11)

Currently playing a multiplayer modified version of direwolf20's 1.12 pack with logistics pipes and logistics bridge added on (+ other minor changes), for a long time we ran logistics bridge 1.3.9 and it worked fine however I can no longer run the server as it crashes on startup. Thinking it was related to #35 I updated to 1.3.11 but the same crash occurs. No experience with Minecraft mods but I can only read out that the crash it because of the AE crafting cpu. For context, I had just setup an ME interface and storage bus to keep cryotheum dust stocked and craft it when necessary, this may be the cause?
The server gets through the entire startup sequence before crashing. I'm happy to provide additional info and testing when necessary
Can the save be salvaged with a downgrade or mod removal? Crash log attached for both version 1.3.9 crash-2020-08-22_13.01.51-server.txt and 1.3.11

Thank you for the response but the same error persists on the latest version, i will try to reproduce a minimal example and try to achieve the same error for easier reproduction
I've salvaged the save by manually removing the bridge block from the save and a similar error occurred after i broke a fluix cable so i've confirmed this is a problem from the ME side however i also suspect it might be a problem with enderio, sorry for the misallegation, your mod is absolutely fantastic
