I dont know how, but i have missing pipes when i change from resourcepack to default textures.
I have to update them with breaking them and again placing them. And when i reload world, textures, chunks pipes are still invisible. There are some Screenshots from game.

Any help?

Does a client Restart fix that?

i have it to and a restart fixed it.
it happens some times

can you provide a log from when it heapens? probably something going wrong when the textures are restitched

I experienced these issues with 1.7.10 also similar under 1.8. MC does not handle well resource pack changes.
