Im playing version .80 of Logistics Pipes. I wanted to add a chest to the system for storage and put down a basic pipe, used the pipe controller to access the upgrade tab and tried to shift click a Polymorph itemsink into it. The Polymorph itemsink disappeared. Even after a server restart and pack restart, the item was gone.

Its been a while since I played with LP, so I then realized it was the wrong pipe. Put down a Mark 2 pipe and proceeded to do the exact same thing with the same result. I then tested with other items. I clicked on a stack of cobblestone I had and when I shift clicked while in the upgrade tab, it deleted 16 of the cobblestone with each shift click. Other stacks of items yielded the same result.

PS: I did eventually remember where the polymorph goes and it works in its proper spot.
