Get rid of IC2 modules and Apiary modules/pipes

Mod interactions like these should be done in an add-on mod in the future. In MC 1.12.1+ those modules/pipes do not work anyway. We are happy to accept merge requests that opens up our existing classes and provides interfaces to realize such mods.
