When re-loading the textures, the textures get replaced with 2 or 3 random textures picked from whatever mods are installed in the pack or even vanilla textures. In order to fix it, you have to re-launch the game. This is particularly a problem when trying to load a resource pack after launching the game. However if you already have the resource pack loaded when launching, the texture issue is resolved. The issue is specifically when the game re-loads the textures (which happens when loading a resource pack).
