[1.12.2] Fluid provider pipe doesn't connect to other ones

I try to use fluid provider pipe in 1.12.2 version. However, it refuse to connect to base fluid one or any other fluid pipe.
If I try buildcraft pipe, buildcraft one draws "connection", but logistics part still look disconnected and does not extend routing table.
As a sidenote, it still connects to tank, but not to pipe.
