I broke a chest and my game crashed. in this chest was a chassis attached. This chassis has a Polymorphic Itemsync Module and a Provider Module.

I have a Furnace with a stack of Iron Ore above a hopper, this hopper was attached on a chest with a chassi pipe and a extractor.

it may be that the extractor was reading the chest that I broke (of minerals) at the time
