Forge 2836 (tried to use 14.23.5.2768 but I have other mods that need 2836)

OBSERVATION
As power is being sent through the LP network the character, clouds, crops, and water (probably more things than these 4) will flash translucent when it is sent and then goes back to opaque when power is not being sent.

HOW TO REPLICATE
Used a RF power provider and power junction connected to Ender IO capacitor via LP. Capacitor was cycled on and off with a timer from RF tools to simulate machines needing power intermittently.
