Does isolating different parts of a network with Firewall pipes help server performance with large LP networks?

Sadly not. There are two kinds of lag: one affecting your client's render performance and the other affecting the server TPS. I have worked on the server TPS lately. The experimental builds also have something to improve render performance when using crafting signs. Not using the item signs at all helps as well.
