Currently, there is no way to know when to send transport connecting two parts of logistic system other than rouge guesses based on how much time have passed since last item's arrival. It would be useful to allow Inventory System Connector Pipe to signal (e.g. with redstone) that current batch of items have arrived and transport can depart to destination.
