Using LP version 0.10.4 build 5 mc 1.12.2
Sometimes, when i request items that needs to be crafted using logistics crafting table and crafting logistics pipe, it gets stucked with purple particles in crafting logistics pipe and i have to destroy crafting pipe and place it again. It seems like sometimes items just disappear in logistics crafting table. But after I reset it (I destroy crafting logistics pipe and place it again), it works fine (at least for some time). Its really weird and I dont know what could do this. Also sometimes it is Logistics Crafting Table, sometimes Logistics Fuzzy Crafting Table.
This situation also happened once to my friend on my server.
You can see my auto-crafting setup in image below. Those pipes without signs were needed to reset.

Please fix this issue as soon as posisble, because its very annoying that sometimes i need to go and reset that pipe and place request order again....

Did the items still have somewhere to go? Are you sure the LP network had sufficient power?

Also, a couple of tips:

1. Those crafting signs will really kill your fps. You should remove them when not needed. The latest version of LP (0.10.4.5, which I see you're using) will show a tooltip in TOP (and possibly WAILA?) when sneaking showing what the crafting pipe recipe will output.
2. It works much more smoothly for recipes which use the Logistics Programmer if you remove the programmer from the Crafting Pipe ingredients list (but not the crafting table), and just leave one of them (correctly programmed) inside the crafting table. This way you can craft, say, multiple modules at once, without having to have a programmer for each item. This holds for any recipes which use a catalyst (an ingredient needed for the recipe that isn't consumed by the recipe) such as Pam's Harvestcraft cooking items, or Botania floral powders.

Update2: yep, I tested it a bit more and I just saw how items went into Logistics Crafting Table but nothing went out and when I looked into that Logistics Crafting Table, no items were there....
I have to destroy crafting pipe and place it again or better (i think), destroy crafting pipe and crafting table and place it again. Then it works normally (for unspecific period of time)
