Logistics Fluid Provider Pipe not compatible with Buildcraft Heat Exchanger (1.12.2)

The Fluid Provider Pipes are supposed to send liquids to the Fluid Suppliers with the same wool color, but they aren´t doing anything (1st and 2nd Picture), while on a different setup (3rd Picture), they work without any problem, after some testing, with other mods machines, I believe, that it seems to be a problem with Buildcrafts Heat Exchanger, as all other machines, that I tested worked fine.

Logistics Pipes: 0.10.4.31
Buildcraft Factory: 7.99.24.8

Don´t tell me to post this over at the Buildcraft Github page, that won´t be of any use, as they abandoned Buildcraft on 1.12.2 even before finishing it completely and on top of all that they anounced, that they will be abandon forge completely continuing on 1.18 and higher on Quilt

While playing with Logistics Pipes Fluid Pipes and Nuclearcraft, I noticed some weird and inconsistend issues, sometimes they work without any problems, sometimes they don´t work at all and sometimes especially with machines that require two different liquid inputs, only one of them gets supplied
I don´t know what is wrong, but your mod seems to have some really wierd compatibility issues

Check three times whether you are selecting the correct oil temperature (!). Our GUI only shows that when pressing shift (I think) and hovering over the fluid in the fluid supplier pipe.

of course I checked that, the temperatures are correct, I removed and replaced both the Filter and the Supplier Pipe several times, black is Oil(cool) and purple is Residue(hot) and I tried it with Water and Lava respectively too, I tested it manually by putting buckets with the respective liquids into the Heat Exchanger, wich also worked fine, with the Extractor Pipes pulling the heated Oil and cooled Residue out without a problem, I know how the Heat Exchanger works
