Request table --- firewall pipe(powerflow blocked) --- provider pipe -- chest(item A)

I can see the "Item A" via request table, and I can request it.
But It won't get to the request table(because provider pipe is unpowered)

I think it will be more intuitive if items on unpowered provider pipe are not visible on network.
