As you can see in this video, my enchanted diamond hammer absolutely does not work in version 5.21.
While in version 5.20 everything works fine.

Try turning off optimizeNBTTagCompoundBackingMap or nbtBackingMapStringCanonicalization or both of them at once.

i turned those two settings off and everything worked perfectly
