Steps:

1. Set chance to 100
2. Kiil the sheep

Expect: one loot bag dropped
Actual: 2 loot bags dropped

I didn't noticed it only for sheeps, no issue with Zombie, chickens, pigs, cows and etc..

Fixed in v2.0.1-1.19.3
