With latest update 8/20/21 torches in dark areas only light the block they are in. Rolling back to the last update fixes this.

i cant seem to reproduce this, torches work fine from my testing. if youre playing a modpack can you post the modlist? it could be another mod doing this as lootbeams does not modify or add any lighting code.

It's my own private modpack, about 220 mods, not sure how to easily get the list of mods. In this instance, however, lootbeams was the only mod updated, the error happened, rolling back the mod to the previous corrected.
