Describe the bug you're experiencing

Currently attempting to remove some OP modded items that are being injected into vanilla and modded loot tables. When entering the mod ID and item in the ignored.json file, the items added do not get removed from the loot table. Tested with both vanilla and modded items and neither seem to be removed. Tested with both datapacks and by editing the java mod.

Reproducability

1. Install Loot Integrations
2. Add modded item to ignored.json
3. Use /loot command to give yourself loot

Ive also looted naturally generated chests in the offchance that maybe it was simply broken through the /loot command, but these modded items were still naturally spawning in many chests. Much help is appreciated resolving this issue.
