Implement Lootr API

API should provide:

  • Optional way of specifying that an IInventory-based inventory should be handled like a Lootr chest
  • Optional way of specifying that a capability-based inventory should be handled like a Lootr chest
  • Fall-back if Lootr is removed and handling previous API usage
  • ???

Honestly, I'm starting to think this isn't the best API for support.
